As the owner explains, in Hong Kong, it is very common to go to a dessert shop after a meal to balance out the hot with something cold. The concept was originated from the Yin and Yang which illustrates bringing balance to everything.

Everything in here is done without compromise and without shortcuts. They use high quality dairy cream, no substitutes. The food preparation is excellent and it taste so good!

Their cheesetart is the best one on their menu and best one in Davao City. Surely as you take a bite it will lava in your mouth. As the owner explained they deviated from the traditional Portuguese Hongkong cheestart and instead uses a different crust and its so good! Their cheesetart deserves recognition because it's really very good yet at the same time, it's not trying hard to copy other cheesetarts.So what are you guys waiting for?
